Hey Family. this is something Jeff's family is doing and I thought it would be fun if our family did it to. you can post pictures and add comments to things people write.
Samuel fixed us breakfast yesterday by setting out a wide assortment of food from the fridge in a line on the counter. Then he set out our plates neatly and dished us each mashed potatoes, green beans, and chopped tomatoes with a lettuce leaf on top. When we finished, he even cleaned up and washed the dished (which I later rewashed). He dropped a large container of sour cream which broke open, which fortunately only squirted out in a minor way. He's been looking through the house in assorted obscure places looking for something interesting, for example, if you walk into the house right now you'll see it's already the Christmas season. We have walked/run the river trail twice this week, doing what takes me 16-17 minutes in only 50-55 minutes. 5 days down, 76 to go.
job is fantastic! i sit, a lot, then drive, run a crane, tighten some bolts, open valves, sit, sit, sit, sit, sit, lounge, sit, watch a movie, sit, eat lunch, close some valves, undo some bolts, run a crane. drive, drive, fill out paper work. and make around 70 thousand a year. so, yeah, now i wait for my first paycheck. i found a cute little shanty out here, has THREE garages. hopefully i get it. and roz. i'm looking for a job for you. i'll send some job apps. your way as i get them. p.s. mom, any mail? luv yall! -ben
Hey Y'all, ben you have a couple of letters/bills, wyou have them from t-mobile and something else that I can't remember...sorry. sounds like your new job is going well, bro. hope you're enjoyin' it! how's married life treating you Kim? did you have fun on Vaca? is there any chance of me getting the chords for the printer any time soon? so I just just got done with taking the ACT test, that was a whole lot of nothing! yeah I think that I don't like it! have you guys heard Brian Reagon? he's really funny! anywho...how are y'all doin'? hope life's goin well...I'm bored, maybe I'll go watch a scary movie with friends, have any of you seen "Darkness Falls"? is it any good? I don't know if I want see it or not...guess I should figure that out pretty quick huh? I don't know of anything else that I want to say, oh...kim did you get your box? anywho, hope y'all are havin' fun Later, Roz

I think I'm gonna like this blogging stuff! :) Roz, just for the RECORD, Trever and I ALREADY GOT YOU A JOB at Lee's...which you turned down!! ;) So maybe you should let Ben know he should get you the job you want that you don't even know you want, yet, right?! Just a suggestion... :) Kim, welcome back! Mom said you said you had a great time. :) I have a lot of pix on my camera from your wedding and some other ones of Ty that I'll put on our blog sometime. Ben, I'm glad you're loving your job!! I'm actually really jealous. I'm really not enjoying mine and applying for other ones like crazy. A whole bunch just FINALLY opened up at Weber--where I've been looking and applying for the past year. So, hopefully HOPEFULLY I'll get one of those. Hi Mom. :) I sure have enjoyed our many and long phone converstions lately. I had a great time with the roommates Saturday. And spent more time there than I thought I would, so we were late coming home. Sorry we didn't stop by like I said we would. Well, I'm off to bed. Take care, you all. I love you. :) Katy
I don't know if I want to work at lees, though I have thought about it, and I don't know...maybe I'll work there during the school year, that might keep me busy...if I get bored enough, and ben doesn't find me a job, I'll go work there, and then i won't have to move again...although it sounded like a lot of fun, because last year was!! anywho, and I'd still be by my friends and so I could go hang out with them, who do I contact to see about a job? oh and another thing about why I don't want to work there, they'd have me working on sunday, and I don't want to do that...well I'm going to go take care! Hey Roz, Did you get in touch with Nick? He'll be able to answer all your questions. Good luck. I don't think you'd have to work on Sundays, but he could tell you for sure. A good thing about Lee's is that it's not open 24 hours like Macey's is. Keep me posted. :) Love you, Katy
